By accessing this website or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Casa Residences operates a platform connecting guests with premium furnished residential properties in Uganda. We are the property manager and booking agent for all listed properties. All bookings are made directly with Casa Residences.

To make a booking, you must register for a free account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and current information. • Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. • Not create more than one personal account.

When you submit a booking request, it remains pending until we confirm it. Confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between you and Casa Residences. By confirming a booking you agree to: • Pay the total amount shown at booking. • Comply with the house rules of the specific property. • Arrive at the agreed check-in time (or notify us of delays). • Depart by the agreed check-out time. Each home is priced in a single currency, shown on its listing. Where a price is displayed in another currency for convenience, the conversion and its source are stated, and the amount charged is the one shown at checkout.

As a guest, you agree to: • Treat the property and its contents with care. • Not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in the listing. • Not smoke inside properties where smoking is prohibited. • Not host parties or events without prior written consent. • Not engage in illegal activities on the premises. • Report any damage, breakages, or maintenance issues promptly. You are financially responsible for any damage you cause beyond normal wear and tear.

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, available on this website. The applicable policy is confirmed at the time of booking and detailed in your confirmation email.

You may submit a written and/or video review after completing a stay. Reviews must be honest, based on your actual experience, and must not include defamatory, discriminatory, or private information about others. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

All content on this website — including text, photos, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Casa Residences. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, Casa Residences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda. We encourage resolution through direct negotiation or mediation before resorting to litigation.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
