Every quantity clear

Quantities come from beds, bathrooms and maximum guests — not from the bedroom count alone. Casa confirms them against your property before dispatch.

This kit is priced per property. Casa builds the bill of quantities from your bedrooms, bathrooms, beds and maximum guests, then shows every line — product, specification, size, quantity, unit price, total, stock status and whether substitution is allowed — before you order.

Substitution policy. If an item becomes unavailable, Casa will offer an equal or better approved alternative and show any price change before dispatch.
