- Casa confirms suitability and commercial rate.
- Sign the location agreement and pay.
- Follow the approved access and restoration plan.
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a home. The occasion is confirmed only after property approval, quotation, agreement, deposit and payment requirements are complete.
Availability, property suitability, staffing and fees must be confirmed before payment. Special requests are not confirmed until Casa Residences issues written approval.
